【「NiAkaのにわか堂」利用規約】
-無料音楽素材の利用について-
①無料音楽素材は、Youtube、その他ライブストリーミングサービスおよび、各種動画共有サービスや各種SNS、ゲーム、VRChatなどにおいて、営利・非営利を問わず無料でご使用いただくことができます。
② ①で定めた範囲外においては、「非営利目的でのみ」無料でお使いいただけます。
営利目的でのご使用の場合はNiAkaまで直接、お問い合わせください。
③ご利用の際のクレジット表記を可能な限り行ってくださると嬉しいです。
また、音楽をお使いいただいた動画や配信は、クレジットの有無にかかわらずNiAkaのSNS等でご紹介させていただく場合がございます。
④音楽素材かかる権利はNiAkaに帰属するものとします。
-禁止事項-
・素材の二次配布、および販売行為
・素材の著作者を偽ったクレジット表記
・素材を、配信・動画共有サービス・各種SNS、VRChat、自作ゲーム、以上の用途以外の用途において、営利目的かつ無許可で使用すること。
※こちらは発見した場合、問い合わせを行う場合がございます。
・素材を「作業用BGM」等、音楽を主とするコンテンツに使用すること
※この行為は、二次配布にあたるものとします
・素材の品質を損なう形で大幅に加工したものを、加工を行ったことを明記せず使用すること。著しい加工を行う際は、加工を行った旨を必ず明記してください。
・素材を、他者の名誉を毀損したり、誹謗中傷する内容のコンテンツに使用することは絶対におやめください。
